1. OVERVIEW

PT Fight Club ("the Site", "we", "us") is an unofficial, fan-made community tool for members of the PT Family faction group on Torn.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Torn City Ltd.

By accessing or using this Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. TORN API KEY USAGE — COMPLIANCE TABLE

In accordance with the Torn API Terms of Service Guidelines, the following table discloses exactly how your API key and the data obtained from it are used:

Your Torn API key is stored server-side and used only for the data categories currently enabled by site administrators: user: ammo, attacks, bars, basic, battlestats, cooldowns, discord, equipment, faction, log, perks, personalstats, profile, timestamp; faction: basic; torn: attacklog, itemammo, itemmods, timestamp. The enabled set is managed by PT Fight Club administrators and reflected in the compliance table above. We will never use your key to take any in-game action or access data outside of what is listed.

We will never use your API key to take any in-game action, access your messages or finances, or retrieve any data beyond what is listed above.

PT Fight Club operates a strict data-usage whitelist. Only the specific Torn API categories that have been explicitly enabled by site administrators will ever be called, regardless of the access level of your key. Categories covering sensitive financial and communication data (mail, messages, money, networth, stocks, crimes, faction cesium, faction fundsnews) are permanently prohibited and can never be enabled — not even by superadmins.

⚠ Custom key requirements may change when new features are added to the site or Torn updates its API. If you use a custom key and login fails after an update, regenerate it using the button above. All API selections currently enabled by site administrators are listed in the compliance table above and are automatically reflected on this page and the login page.

3. DATA COLLECTED

When you log in, we collect and store:

Torn Player ID — your unique account number
Display name — your Torn username at time of login
API key — stored encrypted in our MySQL database
Faction ID, name, and position — from your faction data
Player level — from your profile
Torn ELO — fetched from personalstats, refreshed every 24 hours, and stored with the previous value to display change arrows
Fight ELO — a separate in-site rating calculated from challenge fight outcomes (wins/losses/stalemates)
Fight results — attacker, defender, outcome, and timestamp of challenges conducted through this Site
Equipped weapons & armor — a snapshot of each combatant's equipped gear at the time a fight is recorded, stored per fight and displayed in the fight log
Special ammo — a snapshot of each combatant's loaded ammo types and quantities at the time a fight is recorded, stored per fight and displayed in the fight log
Step-by-step combat log — the full round-by-round attack log retrieved from the Torn torn:attacklog scope (/v2/torn/attacklog) and stored per fight; displayed in the in-site fight log viewer
Item modifications catalogue — global Torn item-mod reference data fetched from the torn:itemmods scope (/v2/torn/itemmods), cached server-side and used to display weapon mod names alongside equipment snapshots
Perks (faction, job, education, merit, gym, property) — fetched periodically during member sync and stored server-side; used in profile display, comparison tools, and fight log enrichment
Faction banner image — the URL of your faction's banner graphic, fetched when faction data is synced and displayed in the faction profile and across the site

We do not collect passwords, personal contact information, financial data, or any data outside the Torn game platform.

4. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

All data is stored in a MySQL database on the server hosting this Site. Data is retained for as long as the Site is operational. You may request deletion by contacting a faction administrator, who can remove your member record via the admin panel.

Security measures include: bcrypt-hashed admin passwords; CSRF token protection on all forms; rate-limiting on the login endpoint (5 failed attempts triggers a 15-minute lockout); session fixation protection; and HttpOnly/Secure session cookies. The admin panel is accessed via an unpublished URL slug known only to administrators.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any commercial third party.

5. ELIGIBILITY

This Site is accessible only to current, active members of the PT Family faction group on Torn.com, comprising: PT-Family (#230), PT-Calculated (#9041), PT-IronHearts (#946), PT-Penguins (#13665), PT-ShadowRazors (#478), PT-Terodactyls (#41225), PT-Guemdolphinos (#16696), PT-GuemLand (#47710), PT-SunnyVale (#45415), PT-PimpTuga (#37803), and PT-TornTuga (#41775). Membership is verified via the Torn API on each login.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: attempt to access other members' data or API keys; manipulate or falsify fight results; use automated scripts against this Site; exploit security vulnerabilities; or use the Site in any way that violates Torn's Rules or Torn's Terms of Service.

7. TORN.COM COMPLIANCE

This Site uses the Torn API in accordance with Torn's API usage guidelines. API keys are used only for read-only operations on behalf of the key owner. All requests observe Torn's rate limits (100 requests per minute per key). No data obtained from the Torn API is resold or redistributed outside of this community tool.

8. DISCLAIMER

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fight results and ELO ratings are derived from Torn's API and may not reflect every in-game interaction. This is a community tool built for fun and carries no service level agreement.

9. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. The version number and date at the top reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
